What is the StreetScape Project?

The Streetscape Project will improve an area in downtown Red Bank, NJ known as English Plaza and White Street. The essence of the streetscape will create a pedestrian boulevard from Riverside Gardens Park on West Front Street through to Monmouth Street.

When completed, all users–pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers–will have improved safety, new sidewalks and lighting, additional parking spots, and an aesthetically pleasing area to access businesses, shops and restaurants.
